Payment for services is made at the beginning of the month of service and is due on the day specified in the invoice. Service fees are assessed in American dollars (US$).
The services will be governed by the detail contained in each contracted plan, which is included in the invoices. The plans take effect once the customer pays the bill.
Our content production services are based on a “credit” system, with a pool of credits being credited at the beginning of each period. These credits vary depending on the contracted plan and can be used for content creation, content publishing and advertising guidelines. The detail of credit consumption by type of use is specified in this document.
The table of content production credits may be modified by us without prior notice and will take effect with a simple notification of changes to our Terms and Conditions to the customer via email or upon payment of the next invoice, where the information of the terms and conditions will be updated.
If in any case more or less credits are consumed in the month than established in the contracted plan, these will be adjusted for the next period as the case may be.
The customer will have access to production credit information and the details of their use on our customer platform.
If the customer rejects a piece because they don't like the art and requests a new designer

By “late payment” we refer to bills that exceeded their due date for payment.
In the case of advertising and content creation services, since there are delays of more than 10 days, we reserve the right to suspend content production services, which are resumed once the debt is paid off. The other services are still active. In this case, content production credits are accumulated and are not lost, and can be used when the service resumes. There is no need to adjust service cycle dates as everything stays the same.
If the default exceeds 10 days, we reserve the right to suspend all contracted services, including web platforms and online services, until the debt is paid off. The start dates of the service are adjusted to the dates of the new bills issued after the debt is paid off.
In the case of SaaS (Software as a Service) services such as websites, email marketing and the like, due to delays of more than 10 days, we reserve the right to suspend services, restricting access to customer users. If the delay exceeds 30 days, we reserve the right to cancel the service so as not to continue incurring additional costs.
If a payment arrangement is reached with the customer and the service is not suspended, the service dates remain the same, and the credits credited in each period are kept, even if they have not been used due to the suspension of content production services, and are available for use when the service is resumed. The amounts to be paid on the bills do not change.
We normally keep material from customers for a period of one year, but we do not guarantee that material will be available once it is delivered to the customer. If the material produced is never used by the customer, we still keep it for one year, but we do not guarantee its availability after 6 months.
Our communication channels can be via email or WhatsApp message to the company numbers or assigned contact. For content production requests, they can be made directly on our platform, which is the fastest and most effective way. They can also be done via email and WhatsApp message to the numbers of the company or assigned contact, but they may take longer to program on our production platform. For production requests, we do not accept the use of other channels such as WhatsApp groups or social networks.
Once the request is received, during our office hours (L-V 9:00am - 5:00pm), the delivery time can take up to 48 hours for arts and up to 72 hours for videos. This applies to business days only. Each requested change can take up to 24 hours during business hours. One piece is worked at a time, and once approved by the customer, we proceed to work on the next piece. You can access the “URGENT” mode, in this mode the works are delivered in half the time, with the exception that they consume twice as many credits as usual.
Audiovisual production sessions must be requested at least one week (7 days) in advance and depend on the availability of the production equipment.
Cancellation of services must be notified 30 days in advance in order to cancel all applicable platform services. If the cancellation is made before 30 days of the next invoice date, a proportional charge will be made to cover the 30 days of service. If the customer requires a transfer of services to their domain, a one-time transfer fee equivalent to the last full service bill will be charged; otherwise, all active services and advertising campaigns included in the contracted plans will be eliminated. All notifications must be made via email to be considered valid. The advertising campaigns configured during the service belong to the agency, even if they are configured on the client's platform, and will be eliminated when the service is canceled by the customer. Customer accounts on free platforms are the responsibility of the customer.
If the customer cancels the service before 3 months of operation, and a previous installation fee has not been charged for that service, the initial installation and configuration fee will be charged depending on the type of service.
